Deep Bleaching

How does it work? Why should I have it done? I'd love to explain.
At this point in time, "Deep Bleaching™" is the absolute best way to whiten your teeth.

1st- We take fresh impressions of your teeth to make special custom whitening splints.
2nd- At this same initial appointment we do the first segment of Laser whitening treatment.
3rd - You will wear the whitening splints 1/2 -2hours a day or more for 2 weeks.
4th - The special "Deep Bleaching™" appointment" !

A). We "prime" the teeth for better whitening.
B). Then we use the intensity of a laser and a special peroxide to whiten them.
C). Finally we "seal" them so that they will stay white.
Of course, you can always continue to whiten your teeth once a week

Special Sedation Allows Conscious Comfort: Pills or I.V. Sedation!

People typically experience various degrees of anxiety in anticipation of potentially painful dental procedures, yet few are aware of the simple solution of ‘conscious sedation’. Of course, local anesthesia can effectively numb specific tissues prior to a procedure, and traditional analgesics can effectively relieve post-procedural pain. But these methods are often not enough to eliminate anxiety, rendering the entire experience a real trial. Fortunately, Dr. Berland is able to combine traditional medications with special anti-anxiety agents such as nitrous oxide or sedatives to actually eliminate pain and worry, while maintaining patient responsiveness to voice and touch. The patient simply receives the sedation agent orally, through inhalation or injection, then relaxes comfortably throughout the entire visit. Cosmetic Imaging

The Lorin Library was developed by Lorin Berland, DDS to aid the patient in communicating their desires to the dentist. Tooth characteristics were evaluated and matched in all esthetic combinations to form 18 distinct smile types. All the shapes, lengths and various attractive combinations of teeth, scientifically deduced and confirmed by nature, are beautifully arranged for you to choose from.

We then transferred the Lorin Library of smile types to the computer resulting in the Digident System. The Digident System can show you how you will look with your beautiful new smile before your makeover treatment begins.

We will take a digital photograph of your smile. You will then receive a photograph showing how you will look when your Smile Makeover is complete. Our patients love our cosmetic imaging preview!
