Lorin's Anecdotes
October 9, 2001: As much as I already love the Lorin Library, on some days it amazes
even me. Today a patient who has been seeing me routinely for 15
years came in for recare. I have repeatedly discussed with her
the
benefits of improving her smile, I have even imaged her in the
past
without success. She is an interior decorator and has a very discriminating
taste. I could never convince her to proceed with treatment. Today
while sitting in my reception room she was browsing the Lorin Library
workbook. She saw smile 18 and that was it, she asked if I could
make that smile for her, I knew I could, I quoted a fee, she paid
25% up front today! I didn't have to do a thing to get her to accept
treatment. The Lorin Library is unbelievable, it has become the
most powerful case acceptance tool in my office!
