Meet Dr. Canfield
David W. Canfield, DDS, FADSADental Anesthesiologist Dr. Canfield earned his dental degree at U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry then completed a comprehensive residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh. He came to Dallas to teach at Baylor College of Dentistry as Coordinator of Pain and Anxiety Control. He is currently a medical consultant and anesthesia provider for the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation and Staff Anesthesiologist (Dental Unit), Veterans Administration Medical Center at Temple. Dr. Canfield is a Fellow in General Anesthesia of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and formerly a Fellowship Examiner for the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is a Diplomate of both the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is also a Certified and Registered Hypnotherapist. |
